    I think that Ichak Adizes kind of lives at the intersection of pop psychology and trendy management theories. He's big into "spiral dynamics" and promises to take your organization to "Prime". But he has a following which includes some big-time executives and some people call him brilliant.

    Adizes Graduate School is only one small part of an international network of Adizes enterprises. It is CA-approved and seems very much to be a vehicle to spread Adizes' ideas.

    As such it's probably a very specialized taste. It's world class if you are tuned into what Adizes is doing, and probably pretty flaky if you aren't.
