The results of the February 2003 CA Bar Exam are out, with correspondence students doing surprisingly well--much better than those from unaccredited B & M schools, and almost as well as those from out-of-state ABA schools. The percentage of applicants passing in each category:

    All first time takers--50.2%
    Graduates of CA ABA schools--57.4%
Graduates of ABA schools outside CA--48.6%
Graduates of schools accredited by CA bar, but not ABA--22.4%
Graduates of unaccredited schools (not including correspondence schools)--17.4%
    Graduates of correspondence schools--42.6%.

A breakdown by school will be available in 2-3 weeks.

CONCORD rate same as ABA schools

Concord is accredited by the California of Private Post-Secondary and VOCATIONAL education, recognized by the California State Bar.
Six Concord graduates out of Ten passed the Bar exam on their FIRST try, which compares favorably with percentages of other ( ABA ) law schools, even RA schools !

    From my earlier post:

"Given the small number of Concord applicants, it is not possible to draw any long-term statistical conclusions from these initial results."
