Can anyone direct me to a degree program for a second bachelor's student that can be completed no longer than a year (two semesters and summers)? In preferably, a fun and interesting major in a liberal arts area.

I would like to know if any school provides this besides the big three (Excelsior, COSC, TESC).

The University of Maryland - University College used to offer a second BS if you completed an additional thirty semester hours in the new major plus the requirements for a BS oveall at the time of the second degree. I am not sure if that program still exists. But it might be worth looking at.

    All the best,

My thought is that there should be no shortage of schools offering a 30 hour 2nd bachelors degree. I could be wrong.

Unless you are doing a complete change of majors, try a masters degree. If you then want more punishment, do a 2nd masters or a doctorate.

Graduate degrees quickly decrease the relevancy of the bachelors degree.

Brock University offers a Bachelors in Adult Education degree. If you already hold a Bachelors, you can obtain this degree in only 5 classes through DL.

Brock University - named after Isaac Brock, who lead the Canadian Militia to great victories against US Army in 1812 but was killed in battle.

Try Jonnie's Distance Learning Page, undergrad degrees.

Thanks you guys for your help. I truly appreciate it. I'll look into Brock's and UMUC's program. I'll also look into the suggestion of a master's degree program.

For only 30 extra credits, you can get a MPA from International College, thus elevating your academic credential from Bachelors to Masters. ;)
