Hello... i would like to start a totally by distance college in the US. How should i proceed? I have been thinking in Alabama since there are many distance education schools established there both accredited and non-accredited and of course also "licensed" diploma mills... but how should i proceed if the faculty and students are planned to be all over the world? thats issue really worries me and is the main problem we and my associates are facing now.. any advice? thank you very much.
