Mikhail: don't be a durak! Look at their web address: "edu" built in in imitation of ".edu" (which is no guarantee in any case) AND ".ac" (Ascension Island) built in in imitation of the usually legit ".ac.uk", "ac.za", etc. Now I'll go back and look at the site itself, yust for fun. What does the ol' Carpathian see, but the "Irish International University." If memory serves, this outfit is associated with one Denis Muhilly. See many previous threads mentioning this person. Look at the current thread on off-topic about "Weston Reserve University".
