    SA Urged to Look to Foreign Educators

    Article title is misleading. This is about establishing a regulatory framework to allow foreign higher education programs into South Africa, while excluding poor quality programs.

    Between this and your MBA piece it appears that South Africa is taking a pro active approach to education. Maybe we could use a delegation to come over here and aid us. :)
