Ripe New Area? ...Natural Health Sciences

I have recently come across a number of health care providers touting credentials from the following institutions. Chatworth looks particularly sketchy. St. Luke looks like another St. Regis out of Liberia. Many of these people are providing health care and calling themselves medical doctors. St. Luke states that its graduates are eligible to practise in the US and most other countries. After some review of selected biographies and curriculum descriptions I've been generally underwhelmed and have come away very suspicious. Can any of the members shed any light on the following schools?
