Jones International not eligible to participate in Title IV?

    I note that JIU is not eligible to participate in the US Title IV federal loan scheme. Even though they are RA, does their entire 'virtual offerings' preclude them from being eligible, or have they not bothered to apply?

    I guess this could also reaffirm the 'degree mill spiel' that RA does not automatically equal loan scheme eligibility.

    Any thoughts, observations?

    So is Northcentral University. That is perhaps may be a reason since NCU is virtual as well.

    No Title IV loans if more than 50% of courses are distance courses, or if more than 50% of students are distance students. Or if more than 25% of students are incarcerated!

    Of course, there are many exceptions to this. WGU, COSC, and TESC are prominent examples.
