If this came by Email, it is almost certainly the $50 million a year worldwide fraud run by an American living in Romania.

If it came by snail mail, that would be most unusual, and may mean someone else is using essentially the same message.

Maybe you should call the number and ask the registrar about their DL program at San Quentin?

I get the degree mills in my email too.

What I really enjoy are the penis lengthening and viagra spam. Where does this stuff come from?

I thought that maybe my wife gave them my name but then my 11 year old daughter gets it on her email account too.

Does anyone ever order anything from spam. Would anyone ever be stupid enough to give their credit card # to these unknown people.

If you are cheated what are you going to do, sue them? Sue whom? Are you really going to say in open court that your penis lengthener didn't work and you paid 10 times too much for it? Might get you on Letterman.

Unfortunately there are people out there who fall for these gimmicks. People who read trash like the "National Enquirer" are more likely to purchase products from the companies who advertise in these tabloids.

So the answer is yes.....there is probably someone out there who has purchased a penis enlarger, a 10 year supply of viagra and a doctorate degree from a bogus university (If he's creative, he'll have a place to hang is diploma).
