    I have a Dutch HBO diploma/certificate.

HBO is standing for : Higher Professional Education (duration 4 years full-time study)

Futher i have, 20 years of working experiance, and 2 years Dutch Academic / University study.

Also other HBO (Higher Professional Education) diploma's (for example, social worker, duration 4 years part-time).

How to earn a Master degree, Ph.D or Doctorate?

If you are looking for a program in the U.S., you might start by having your diplomas and course work evaluated by one of the services listed in Bear's Guide to Distance Learning, 15th Edition. This would give you an idea of how U.S. universities would compare your education to their programs. If it seems comparable, look through Bear's Guide and/or Lawrie Miller's web site "BA in 4 Weeks", which lists a number of master's programs in the U.S., Canada, Austrailia, Britain, and South Africa.

Most of the discussions on this forum, and the resources listed above cover only English speaking universities. If your intention was to study at a non-English based program you would probably have to find another resource, unless some members are framiliar with foreign language universities.

    Good luck.

p.s. See the thread regarding the cheapest non-resident PhD's (currently on the board). There is some information from a Dr. Bernard Leeman that might interest you.
