I was looking at Kaplan and Princeton Review study guides for the AP Government. Princeton Review seems to give better detailed answers. Anyone have any experience with these? I'm preparing for the CLEP American Government test. Thanks.

The best one-line statement I've heard is that Kaplan teaches the subject matter and Princeton teaches how to pass the exam. (That was certainly my wife's experience with the basic GRE. On her own she got around 600. After a Princeton course she got a 799 -- and was really annoyed since our daughter, at the same sitting, got an 800).
