Curious........ is this a legitament accredited school or does it fall in the same catagory as Kennedy-Western.........
The Art Institute Online is a part of the Art Institutes International. This is an art school chain with branches in more than a dozen American cities. Each branch school has its own accreditation, which varies from school to school. A few of them are regionally accredited, but most aren't. The Art Institute Online is operated by and is an integral part of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. The AI-Pittsburgh is authorized to grant degrees by the state of Pennsylvania, and is accredited by ACICS, a US Dept. of Education recognized accreditor.
