It depends on what you view as "reasonable" It also depends on what your wife would like to do with her degree as well as the audiance that it will be presented to. (School district, college setting, etc.) If you do decide to go with a US school, there are several schools you can look into. Regent University West Alabama University MEd in School Counseling East Carolina University There are plenty more Duff
BA in 4 Weeks has a list of affordable masters degrees, including many in education: http://www.geocities.com/ba_in_4_weeks/mastermenu.html The Master of Education in Educational Technology seems pretty appealing, it can be done in a year part time (it's only 4 courses) and is relatively inexpensive ($4000 for the whole program).
I inquired into the Master of Ed Tech Degree....and was told by the university that the program is not being offered presently.
Bears' Guide to the Best Education Degrees by Distance Learning is an excellent reference. Check it out at www.degree.net or through Amazon.com. I have used it for several colleagues who were looking for graduate degrees in education. Tony Pina Faculty, CSU San Bernardino
