I'm down to my last class to complete my degree through TESC. Anyone have any advice on how to getting the Calculus II credits. TESC gave me the Applied Calculus credits from the Navy. Any suggestions for finishing this class? The quicker the better.

I'll take a stab....I just saw some credit by examination courses on Ohio University's web site (http://www.ohiou.edu/independent/ccewords.htm), including Calculus II (course 263B). I got to Ohio U's website via Excelsior's distance learning search engine (http://www.excelsior.edu - click "DistanceLearn" link)

I have no idea if TESC will take credit for it. If so, this might be your answer.

    TESC catalog - page 102

Hello, Check the current catalog for listing of tests. Ohio University is an option. If you speak to your advisor be sure to have the page number available. Good Luck. Hille

Were you Navy Nuke? What training or classwork was recommended as Applied Calculus (just curious)? Nuke rates get all kinds of credits for science, math, and lab work.

    Best Regards,

I forgot to add it (Nuclear Power school I think it's called [I wasn't Navy sorry]) is also one of the only sources of ACE recommended military credits that applies fairly well to Excelsior's ABET accredited BS in Nuclear Engineering Technology.
