Has anyone heard of this school - They advertise to unsuspecting people in the Miami New Times.

Looks like a diploma mill to me. It's interesting that they've used the Miami New Times to market themselves. The Metropolitan Miami area is home to more than 6 universities and 11 community colleges (all of which are regionally accredited). I would be surprised if they get anyone to sign up.

 

A million laughs. You gotta believe they're marketing to Africa and possibly Asia. I called the phone number in Florida and got a message service. They said I coudn't talk to anyone; I'd have to e-mail them. I bet. Forwarding the call to Nigeria must be expensive.

One of my favourite cartoons of all time (from a comic strip called "Gramps") shows a woman in very heavy makeup. She is sitting at a desk, answering a phone. She says, "Hello, this is Clarissa, your telephone pleasure pet. Thank you for calling Dial-an-Orgy."
