Let's start a DL school that offers a quality MBA Program with several different focuses. We have enough people with enough resources and education here to make it happen. We seek DETC first, then RA, then AACSB?

If you wait till september or so, I´m in!

(I´ll then have a German University Diploma, an M.A. in Int´l Marketing, an MBA and a Dutch Bachelor´s -> would that be enough to help teaching or do I need to obtain a PhD first?)

Could I get a US greencard by such a job also?
    ;)

    Greets,

Under the North American Free Trade Act, Canadian professionals don't need a green card to work in the US and vice versa.

I choose to remain here for many good reasons, one of which is not the weather.

Minus 40 C for the last 3 mornings. Global warming? - bite me.

Of course you realize financing a new DL university will not be an easy task. Getting DETC followed by RA will take several years (even if we manage to get candidature).
Drafting a complete set of admissions policies, a course by course outline, a set of university bylaws, a prospectus and a syllabus for each course will be another hurdle that we'll need to overcome.
But I'm certain that with time and effort all these will be made possible.

As I mentioned here 3 months ago* I am involved in a plan to develop a specialized MBA, based on Jay Conrad Levinson's 'guerrilla marketing' approach. Rather than wait 3 to N years for regional accreditation of a new school, our plan is to do it in association with an already-accredited school, such as, for instance, one that has a Bachelor's in business but not an MBA. Plans march slowly and steadily on.

Take away consumer resistance. Think of ways to eliminate every possible defence.

How about 10 stand alone courses.

Up to 1/2 transfer from other schools.

Have a few options to allow more possibility for tansfer in of odd courses.

No proctored final for each course, only a program proctored final based on required courses.

Our family business will buy anything under the right conditions. I loved one recent sales rep. If a customer isn't happy for any reason, return it. Can't sell it, return it. Can't pay for it, give us a postdated cheque for DEC 24. We bought lots.
