Well, in searching the archive, I see that Atlantic International has a number of threads here in the DegreeInfo archive, none of which are particularly flattering.

However, my curiosity was piqued when a Google search popped up an AdWords link for AIU.

Looks like they've redone their website with an extremely professional job... and (unfortunately) they're grandfathered in with an .edu domain, so it's two points for legitimacy.

The really interesting part is their faculty page, at

    http://www.aiu.edu/fraseinfo.htm

(Mind you, they're carefully listed as Advisors and Assessors, not as faculty, but most wouldn't notice the difference)

Nearly all of the listed faculty have legitimate credentials. I don't have the time to track them down myself, but for anyone with some spare time, it might be fun to track down a bunch of these folks on the Web, send emails, and find out what, if any, relationship they actually have with the school. My guess is that the people either don't exist, have never been associated with the school, or have done a tiny bit of work a couple times... I can't otherwise imagine how the school could have that many people on its payroll.

And for those of you unfamiliar with diploma mill tactics, the lengthy "This is why accreditation isn't important" section is a dead giveaway of a mill.
