    Hi,

I am a newbie in MBA. I have been searching for a low-cost, fast track, online MBA for a while. I found (I am in Texas):
    - Amberton U. (~$6000 excl books)
    - West Texas A&M. (even cheaper than Amberton in terms of $$ per credit hour. ~$400 per course. But GMAT is required which I don't like.)
    - Univ of Houston @ Victoria ($560 per course, requires 16 courses)
    - CSU-DH (I don't like to take GMAT, and the English writing competency exam though)
    - etc. etc.

Haven't decided which school to go to yet.

    * Anybody here has attended Amberton U.? How do you like it?
    * Usually in an online MBA program, how many hours do you need to put in for one course per week?

    * I have a MSEE degree. I have been out of school for 10+ years. So I am wondering how well I will do in a MBA program. Are there any websites to help students prepare course projects? Seems an MBA course usually requires lots of writing assignment.
    Any help is appreciated!
