I like the new look and the real-time clock showing Praetoria time.

Definitely a very nice site! Now if they can only improve on reducing the level of bureaucracy and red-tape for new and prospective students.

I see the clock, but it's not Pretoria time. I see my own time -- EST.

    The new "New UNISA" website

    http://www.unisa.ac.za/

Basically a portal to the websites of the former institutions.

    Contrary pricing on UNISA website

Just like UNISA itself advises call for a quote. Who knows, maybe prices change day to day like the stock market? No doubt the transitions/amalgamations UNISA is going through aren't helping matters.

    Examples of discrepencies...

One page reads R200 for a mature student exemption, another R210. It's not a big difference but makes me think they are sloppy (or certainly sloppier than AMU). One page reads foreign postage levy as being R880. Yet when I do a calculation on their determine-your-fees handy-dandy automatic service it reads R1000. The tell-em-and-add-em-up service is almost fun to use. But don't type course numbers (e.g. ARH111-G) exactly as shown in the curriculum or it'll tell you it doesn't compute. In fact you eliminate the dash.

When you use the credit card payment form it isn't integrated with the fee calculation form so you have to go back and forth or write it down, or guess. Again, it could be run as a tighter ship. But I admit it's a pleasure compared to India's IGNOU site which is horribly complicated.
