Duplication of effort……

....Rather than the way I went through Excelsior, by enrolling early then throwing tests at them, I’m helping my wife plan out her degree taking a slightly different course. She needs many more credits than I did, so we thought we’d have her take as many DANTES and CLEP tests as she could before enrolling at Excelsior. Then we’d transfer all her credits (including previous college work). But we’re in a bit of a quandary. Is it possible that some DANTES, CLEP tests, or ECE might be a duplication of effort of either previous college course work (which I think I can work through) or more importantly the DANTES, CLEP and ECE themselves, at least as far as earning credits is concerned?
