CLEP: How to set up a Test Center

CLEP replied today to my personal inquiry on how to go about setting up a test center in Madrid. I suppose this can be of interest to all those who live in any country that doesn't have a test center. It sounds quite EASY:

I'll be interested if anyone manages to set up another test center in Europe...

 

So...

In addition to being self-learners, are (some of us) to be self-evaluating self-learners, too? Ya gotta see the irony: surely we can get credit for settting up a CLEP exam center!
