http://www.agts.edu/faculty/railey.html The Assemblies of God have come a long way in their academics as evidenced by the impressive qualifications of the faculty of this seminary. Among this distinguished faculty is Jim Railey, professor of Theology, who has his doc from Unisa. In his case explaining that his alma mater is in South Africa seems not to have hindered his "career"!
Re: Re: SA Theo docs: an anecdote on utilty ................. Yep, I must ask Erskine why they fail to convert Arminians and tongues talkers.

Re: Re: Re: SA Theo docs: an anecdote on utilty Seriously, Erskine has a good percentage of Pentecostal/Charismatic graduates. The year I entered the doctoral program (1992), 6 of the 21 students in my cohort were Pentecostal. On a less than serious note, I "resisted the grace" of their attempts to alter the truth of my theological position. It was tough, but I did it.
James Railey was one of my teachers at Southeastern College of the A/G, where I did my undergrad. He was a good teacher and very nice man. I didn't realize he was at the Seminary now. Tim Owen
