    Hello Felicia,

It has been discussed here click .

They are regionally accredited, and seem to be fairly successful in the DL world. Why do you want your MBA? This is an important question that you should think about. If you want to move up in your company and you are viewed as competent, this degree will help more than hurt. If you want to move up in your company and you are viewed as minimally competent or incompetent, this degree will magnify that, not hide it. If you want to go on to your doctorate you had better have some pretty good gmat scores as well as taking some extra quantative classes. If you want a quick MBA this is the school for you.

Felicia, why are you shouting in the post that you made (capital letters/upper case?) Now looks like your mind's made up, and I agree with Myoptimism..AIU is Ok, and with only 8 months to complete the MBA how can you go wrong.

What was it you wanted from this board, was it our seal of approval, or did we know somewhere cheaper, with an easier route to the MBA?

Anyway, you have applied to AIU, go pay the dues if your accepted and good luck with the program.

    Hi Felicia

Welcome to degreinfo.com. As you may have discovered there are literally hundreds of DL MBA programs. All have there good and bad points. AIU is Regionally Accredited, short time frame, but is also expensive. If possible it would be worth the time to dig through the archives here and at the usenet group Alt.education.distance at Google.com. I would also investigate Regis U, Amberton U, CSU Dom. Hills as possible choices. It would help if you could define exactly why you want to attain an MBA. If you have additional questions please post them here I believe you will get some very helpful replies. Again, welocome.

Go for it! You can do it!

AIU is a good RA institution. The only downside to this school I can think of is the cost of the education, it's somewhat expensive.

However, it's also one of the shortest ones out there.
If you've got the time, visit Lawrie Miller's page BA in 4 weeks.
It's got links & recommendations on which ones are out there.
There's also Johnnie's page and Jason Bakers pages.
It's all in the links section of this site.

Have fun with your search! Just do it!
