A fair number, though I can't say how many offer programs to non-African students. These links (from the Open University's International Centre for Distance Learning) may prove useful: http://www-icdl.open.ac.uk/provider.ihtml?loc=waf http://www-icdl.open.ac.uk/provider.ihtml?loc=neaf http://www-icdl.open.ac.uk/provider.ihtml?loc=centaf Good luck! Cheers,
Also, here's a listing of at least some universities (by country). http://www.mit.edu:8001/people/cdemello/geog.html You can slog through them in search of programs if you like. It shouldn't take too long if you know exactly what you're looking for. My own experience has been that the language barrier is formidable. You can find individuals at these schools that speak English but that doesn't mean the degree programs are offered in English. Jack
