I need some good advice. You see I signed up for Excelsior pay your way plan, which was good. Nevertheless, I will be short the needed money for December and January. I will not have the money until February. To make matters worse those two months was the last time I had to pay. I called the FACTS people and they said I would need to talk to Excelsior about them taken the money out in February. I do not mind making double payments in February to make up for the missing two month payments. This because I will be receiving a large school grant in February. However, how can I pull this off and whom do I need to speak too at Excelsior about it?
Great! I'm now waiting for a reply back from Excelsior college. The buisness office told me I had to fax them a letter stating why I needed extended time to pay. I hope they understand the issue. I'm shock no one replied to my post I would think that somone else out their has had school payment problems too. Maybe I should start a thread addressing the issue
