Cheapest DL courses for courses in education?

Hello all, I am again writing for a friend of mine who is living in, and from Sweden. She wants to eventually teach Art to K-12 students in Sweden, and needs to take some courses in education. Her economic situation is not very good, so I am looking for the cheapest, accredited DL courses in education she can take. Her English is quite good, so that should not be a problem. She is not looking to get a degree, per se, rather just take a few classes. Thank you for your help! I appreciate it.

They don't offer any art education courses per se, but Louisiana State University does offer DL education courses, and they are among the least expensive RA options I've seen.

Good Morning, I believe Lind University(probably spelled wrong) has a tuition free situation and is located in Sweden. I think Dr. Bear will know the most about this institution. I have had little luck with trying to obtain a course but it may be easier in Sweden. Hille
