ACU claims accreditation from a new agency

Has anyone ever heard of this agency?

New to me -- a quick Google found it on a couple of other sites:

Ixquick turned up a site for the thing itself -- http://www.agc-usa.org/

The default page (index.html) at this site has no links to any other pages -- but Ixquick found a few other pages.

The current index.html identifies AGC as "a 501(c)3 Non Profit Accrediting Agency, registered in Washington (D.C)" that "examines and evaluates higher education institutions from every country to promote sound education and good business practices."

However, http://www.agc-usa.org/contact.htm provides a mailing address in Chino Hills, CA. Hmm.

http://www.agc-usa.org/members.htm lists six members -- all quite dubious.
