My co-worker is interested in becoming an Appraiser. Does anyone know any schools that offer a DL Appraisal Certification.
Your coworker will want to be careful in this subject area. Each State has specific requirements including a set number of hours of classes before they can assist a certified appraiser and then generally 2000 hours of training under the appraiser. Distance learning is somewhat limited in this field but I do know the local Community College here in Portland offers its classes by dl. It would be best to check with the Appraisal Certification Board in your State and with local schools.
