Very nice! Good for Charter Oak. They've needed some, ahem, "sprucing" up! (Now if only Excelsior will do likewise in the months ahead, by next spring, perhaps, that would be even better!) It has a more professional and serious feel--the old site was too "56 baud" in look and feel. --Orson
When I graduated it was Board for State Academic Awards of The State Board of Higher Education. I was thrilled when it went to Charter Oak College.
