Another Benefit of Accreditation

    In purchasing academic versions of software from on-line sources, most sites require US Dept of Ed recognized accreditation for the discount price. Which can be significant (50-60% off is common, more is possible).

    Microsoft also requires a minimum enrollment in 6 units.

    Also, if I remember some past posts correctly, Microsoft requires regional accreditation.
