    The Managing Director of Sydney International College http://www.sic.nsw.edu.au, 'Dr' Philip Lobo` was profiled in the Australian Higher Education Supplement today. His PhD from Harrington was displayed on the website of the College, which was miraculously modified today. No online article is available, but if anybody is interested in a copy, just e-mail me.
