    Earlier today, I received notice that my application and research proposal for the DTh in Practical Theology have gained final approval from the University of Stellenbosch Faculty of Theology. Once I put the polishing touches on my MTh, I am free to commence work on my DTh.

    I am very excited about this development, and look forward to traveling to South Africa for the first time at some point next year.

    Congratulations, Cory. What is your proposed dissertation topic (generally)? Will you be staying in South Africa for extended periods?

    Cory,
    This is outstanding - hopefully it won't take a village to raise your DTh. :}

    Dankie!

    Guys,

    Thanks for your kind wishes and supportive words.

    To answer your questions:

    I should be wrapping up the MTh in the next couple of months. That is coming along exceptionally well at this point.

    My research topic at Stellenbosch will focus upon transitioning traditional churches to reach Generation X. I am very much looking forward to getting under way with this program of research.

    Blessings to you all!
