Kaplan College (DETC & RA, depending on which subsidiary) is seeking online instructors in the fields of Mathematics, General Management, Criminal Justice, Law, Paralegal, Marketing, Information Technology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting, and MIS/Operations. Minimum qualifications are listed as a Master's degree in the appropriate field. I have no idea what the salary or time involvement is, I'm just putting it out for anyone who might be interested.
