DL DBA Programmes for Malaysian Student

I received the following email from someone who apparently picked up my name from an old Usenet posting. See below. Does anyone know about DL DBA programmes [sic -- just kidding...] from either of these Australian schools?

I'm not familiar with either of these programs and pertinent info doesn't seem to be readily accessible. I've omitted their name since they didn't know I was going to broadcast this on degreeinfo.com.

Monash is a very well regarded university. I would expect a great level of acceptability in the work place and academia for such a degree.

 

Both are excellent choices.

 

Monash is a good choice - have you been able to find the DBA on their web pages?

UNE does not have the DBA, so it makes me wonder whether even the Monash degree is a bona fide degree or one of these 'sham's operating under a real university name. That needs checking - let me have the details off line and I'll check through for you/the candidate.

 

Another new DBA program in Australia

Deakin is planning its DBA program. However, I don't know whether it would also be offered off campus or in DL.

No, I haven't been able to locate the DBA info on the Monash website -- I only spent a few minutes though.

I have been contacted by a professor at Anglia Poly U. in Britain about joining a joint DBA from Anglia and Monash... I am still awaiting the details.

Unfortunately, on the Anglia Polytech´s website, there is no information at all about any DBA program...
