    You pay a thousand bucks and this is what you get:

    All registered scholars will be collecting data and conducting the research at their respective place of work for preparing a Ph.D Thesis. They are also encouraged to select a guide / supervisor of their own choice if they so like. If they are not able to have a guide because of the uniqueness of the topic or any other reason, they will be working on the topic independently with intimation to the University.

    Do-it-yourself degree mill.
