    1) A certain Pastor Kenny now posts on the Trinity forum asking if Trinity would consider refunding the tuition for those classes he did not take upon learning that the school misrepresented its accreditation. And Trinity's answer is:...".who, us?? We have always said if the student needs*certain types* ((yeah, like meaningful)) accreditation he should go elsewhere ." Really? It's always said that? Bet my last year's catalog does NOT say that!! Pastor Kenny's builds his case on the current Trinity confessions that their "accreditation" is, uh, well, "different"! These, he says, proves that in the past they were, uh, exaggerating??? GROUP LAWSUIT, ??

    2) A letter from Dr Love of Liverpool explains why Christchurch is Trinity's new "accreditor." Because the 5 year Trinity/Liverpool agreement had expired...hmmm! One wonders why renewal was not a good option?

    3) Did Trinity drop PhD/thD to line up with NCA reqs? But, same letter says Liverpool will continue to "accredit" trinity existing Phd/thd as "Christchurch IS NOT authorised to accredit such awards." !! hmmm...very coincidental!

More accurate is to state that Christchurch College does not AWARD PhDs. PhD students at Christchurch get their degrees awarded by the University of Kent at Canterbury. I wonder what that University thinks about the link with Trinity.

    Bill,

    1) Did you read Jabbezz's response to Pastor Kenny? You don't really think Trinity is going to refund the tuition, plus interest, along with a sympathy card do you?

    2) Dr. Love of Liverpool? For the last five years the Liverpool contact person has been Dr. Jimmy Chubb. A change of the guard?

    3) Are you suggesting that Trinity did not drop the PhD/ThD's to align with NCA, but rather Christchurch?

Allow me a distance learning diagnosis, Bill. You have a mild case of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), which a small dose of paxil should remedy. After a few weeks on paxil you won't even think about Trinity. And if you do it will be in such loving and collegial terms, you will actually enjoy the thoughts. ;)

    Bill,
Back when I was duped they told me that Liverpool accreditation was superior to RA.

Trinity has no real contact with NCA, so dropping their exalted degrees was likely for another reason (not enough "graduates", maybe). I contacted NCA about Trinity and got a very definite reply that Trinity was not really on NCA's radar screen. I posted their reply, but I can't remember which thread it's on. If you want the NCA statement, please search for it. It's here somewhere within the last two weeks or so.

    Uncle J,

As you are no doubt aware, enemy aircraft can fly beneath radar. ;)

So it is quite possible that Trinity is in the stealth position just waiting to achieve full accreditation.

Six recon flights and no dissertation gets a pilot a Doctor of Practical Ministry degree. Hey, not bad! :)

How ironic, how inconsistent and material, a preacher of the Wesleyan aberrant doctrine of "Perfect Love" instead of that remedy proffering rather paxil!
Why not my old solution for my disorders: boilermakers?

Shame, Shame on you Rev Russell!

Re: Re: Your return to the arena

DG1 is correct, you have been predestined to be here, Bill. It was based on foreknowledge, because He knew that you would choose to come back to the fold.

    1. You made a conscious choice, based on external circumstances, to leave the fold.

    2. You could have remained aloof forever, if you chose to do so.

    3. But out of 6 billion people, an insignificant Arminian made contact with you, encouraged a return the the true fold.

    4. Based upon a personal decision you elected to resume posting.

He knew you would choose to do this, and based on this foreknowledge He predestined you to be here. ;)

    Good theology, huh?
