    Hi all,

I should already know this, but I do not. Does anyone know if the fees associated with taking clep tests and the like are considered educational expenses and therefore applicable to the tax credits available? Also, how about the cost of putting together a portfolio and the other fees involved?
Thanks in advance for any insight.

Check with Enron's accountants. Who knows, anything is possible.

These fees should be tax-deductible, assuming they're for an educational program that is otherwise eligible. They would be as deductible as tuition, other fees, travel expenses, etc.
