Second Degree questions

I'm a bi-vocational pastor needing some advice seeking a second degree. I already have a Canadian BA (Biblical Studies -- 147 credit hours with 15 courses in math & physics) but would like another in Computer Science or Information Systems. I have 5 years experience in the IT world.

Should I go for a BSC from Excelsior (possibly with a GRE subject test) or go for a DL Masters in CIS? How much trouble is a Canadian degree to verify in the US?

And yes, I know I need a Masters in Religion/Theology sometime, too!
