Is there an easy way to research DL certificate programs ?

Are all certificate programs at the same level or do they come in graduate and undergraduate flavors, if so are they still called Certificates ?

Would graduate level certificate credits count toward a DBA, assuming a MBA was earned ?

    Bert.

Yes several, two of my favorites are TeleCampus
    and
    Peterson's Distance Learing

Both falvors and yes both called certificates. also included some non degree (i.e. non-credit) versions.

Depends on what the certificate is in, and what level and what school you are applying to. Some programs will accept course from their own schools, others won't accept any. Also you will find that the amount accepted (if any) will be small (usually no more than 6 credits).

The other stipulation on transferring credits is that they be earned within the prior five (5) years. Beyond that, they are considered ancient history and are most often ineligible.
