I can comment on Georgia Southern. I'm guessing you got it off the US News and World Report list of best online business programs. I have several friends and relatives who went to college there and it's a good school. Their online mba program is called the WebMBA and Ga. Southern along with four other schools in Georgia work in a consortium for the program. You take classes from professors at each of the different schools, but you designate which school your degree will come from at the beginning of the program. I'm not sure why USN&WR only listed Valdosta State and Georgia Southern and left out the other three schools in the consortium (West Georgia, Kennesaw State, and Georgia College) because they all contribute equally to the program. You must have a business degree to enter the program, or you have to take a ton of prerequisites. That's precisely why I chose not to enroll in this program (Because my undergrads are in Biology and Pharmacy). Instead, I enrolled in the UMass online MBA program which has been great so far. The WebMBA is a big hit here in Georgia so far though.

    Hi,
I took some required accounting from an instructor that was a graduate of Georgia Southern, she really had her act together!
It was a love/hate class, I loved the class because we learned so much, however I also hated the class because she ran us through the pencil sharpner! Georgia Southern impressed "lil ole me".
    Best,
    Gavin
