Today the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii entered an amended default judgment against the American Institute of Management Studies and its principal, Bambang Tri Cahyono of Jakarta, Indonesia.

The court ordered the defendants to cease all operations and business done in, from or under the color of Hawaii law. It also ordered the cancellation of the corporation's registration. The court ordered the defendants to offer and provide restitution to any consumer requesting it within twenty days. Finally the court imposed a civil penalty of $250,000.00 against each of the defendants.
