They call this a "nanodegree" which 1) I hate that term and 2) it's really only one course so you need to get over yourself. Anyway, it's a Lyft/Udacity thing Lyft teams with Udacity to sponsor new self-driving car degree program
Same here, nano degree or micrometers is a marketing thing, I don't like these names. These are certificate courses. I prefer MOOP verified certificate. Some micrometers like the one I seen for RIT can be counted toward RIT masters degree up to 9 credits. So its kinda like Graduate Certificate but credit transfer is not guaranteed.
