academic programs in English in the Netherlands

There is an interesting article in the German weekly Spiegel about studying in Holland. I don't exactly know whether DL programs are also being offered by the presented institutions but I think it is pretty probable. In my opinion, there are two main reasons that make this academic programs attractive to the English-speaking student. First, they cost less than the American and the British ones and second, a lot of them are offered completely in English.
