PWU has been operating "from" Hawaii for about a decade, splitting off its non-California-approved programs (almost all of them) to run under Hawaii's considerably less-intense licensing rules. It is all run from California, of course, conveniently dodging the very rules it could not follow. Encino Man "Dr." Philip knows how to avoid the law and keep selling degrees. I wonder what Mr. Brunton would say to the characterization of PWU's Hawaii license as being "state approved"? (PWU's touting of a couple of political acknowledgements does not constitute "approval" by the state, BTW.)
