I am in Europe, therefore I'm not surprised by number 12 and the real number 10 on that list. The real No. 10 is the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (see: https://www.topuniversities.com). Its Swiss name is Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich. The Telegraph has a 'Swiss Federal Institute of Technology based in Ecublens, near Lausanne' at 10, but that's just a campus of École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (No. 12), or EPFL. Both schools are the only federal universities in Switzerland, and both are called Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in English. However, Nanyang Technological University at No. 11 was a bit surprising, to be honest. It's also a quite young school. It was established in 1981 and became a university in 1991. To rise to No. 11 in the world in that amount of time is really impressing.
