Financial aid eligible online certificate programs?

Friend qualifies for financial aid, and is looking for a financial aid eligible certificate program.

It's 'use it or lose it' - and no sense in letting free education money go to waste.

Grant money, not loans, so it's a definite 'use it now or lose it' setting.

Marketing, business, or something job-related would be good. I can't find any certificate programs in these fields that are undergraduate and don't require 1-2 years of classes.

Friend needs online only, not local colleges- is special needs, can't go to local colleges, too far.

 

I should add "non-competative, affordable" undergraduate certificate programs.

UPenn has some, even NYU and HES has some, but those are way out of his budget. He has grant money, but community college or affordable state school level grant money.

 

If I recall correctly, all of American Public University's/American Military University's certificates, be they undergraduate or graduate, are financial aid eligible.
