State of Hawaii Sues Atlantic International Univ

    The State of Hawaii, by its Office of Consumer Protection, filed suit today against Atlantic International University, a Hawaii corporation. The suit alleges that the defendants violated the advertising provisions in Hawaii's Unaccredited Degree Granting Institutions Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 446E)and seeks injunctive relief, restitution, civil penalties and other equitable relief.

    Is it possible that the owners don't know where Hawaii is? Maybe they have never been there.
