Hello, everyone. I am looking to return to school and finally finish my bachelor's degree in psychology. I have narrowed my choices down to Peru State College or Indiana University - East. I am wondering which one I should choose? I am a lifelong resident of the Hoosier state and I would imagine that an IU degree would have better name recognition in my area but I attended Peru State a number of years ago. I have contacted both schools and I would complete pretty much the same number of credit hours at both schools. I am paying out of pocket but both schools are about the same price so that is not an issue. I actually don't have much of an idea as to what to do once I finish the degree but doing so has been a goal of mine for quite some time. Any thoughts?

I was extremely disappointed to see that the IUE website had virtually no information up regarding their women's soccer team. Digging a bit deeper I discovered that the "Red Wolves" had a losing Spring season. Overall IUE does not appear to emphasize or highlight women's soccer and so clearly I came away questioning their priorities. However, checking in on Peru State I was aghast (and I'm rarely aghast) to discover that they do not even have a women's soccer team. That's right, no Bobcat's soccer for those girls. So, feeling a bit shaken I have to go with Indiana on this one. Good luck.
