Cheapest GRADUATE credits possible- business or otherwise

What are the CHEAPEST graduate credits available without needing special access? (i.e. military clearance for DOD classes, etc.)

Method doesn't matter. I'm looking for free or cheap, RA. Trying to figure out how to get 18 hours in a discipline.

If credits in Education is an option, VESi through Southern Utah or Morningstar College is pretty cheap.

Learner.org will let you take up to 5 credits per semester Annenberg Learner: Graduate Credit for about $100 per credit. The catch, is that even though the titles are different, you'll notice they use the same Alpha-Numeric course prefix for most of the courses, which might screw things up down the line.
