Liberal arts degree at TESU

Hi. After a lot of prodding, I finally got my eval from TESU. Excelsior was faster and communicated better. Does anyone know of tests/cheaper online classes to meet the following requirements? Once this is figured out, I need to compare vs Excelsior costs. Thx
BA General Education, IntellctSkills
-Oral Communication 3SH
-Information Literacy 3SH

Civic Learning
-Ethics 3SH
-Civic Engagement 3SH

Thinking these two must be taken at TESU:
-TES-100 1SH

-Liberal Arts Capstone (3SH)

 

you can use Straighterline for all of the above.

 

There's also a Ethics in America DANTES exam.
